We can save you time and make things hassle free. Our job is to safely relocate your vehicle in a timely manner at an affordable price. We do this by establishing long lasting relationships with trusted carriers throughout the country.
You will receive an email with estimated delivery dates days after booking. The driver will contact you via telephone the day prior to arrival.
There is no guarantee on shipment timeline. This is due to equipment malfunctions, natural disasters, infrausture construction, etc. Plan on shipping vehicles as early as possible to ensure arrival before time of use.
That is our goal. However, it is up to the discretion of the driver. We do not guarantee delivery at pickup or drop off addresses listed by consumers. Due to the size of the truck and trailer, maneuverability and clearance issues may affect delivery points. If so, one must meet the driver in a nearby safe location.
Yes, someone must be present during pick up and drop off. If not, you will be charged fee if the driver has to come back at another date.
A neighbor, friend, family member or anyone else may sign documents. We recommend dropping off vehicles at trusted service centers or local dealerships if no one is readily available during delivery.
Please do not store any additional belongings in the vehicle. You may be charged extra if you do not abide by the following rules.
The payment is processed after we have reviewed the order. A confirmation email will be sent with a receipt attached after payment is processed.
Please provide documented proof of damage. Lanez Freight LLC, is not responsible for any damages. We will forward complaints to the carrier and send you additional contact information. Contact us immediately, in order to submit a claim in a timely manner.
